Order

The order list is where you write what to buy, product by product, and NexReps turns it into one order per supplier, ready to send. It holds no prices: it is a list of what and how much, not a purchase in the books.

On a computer: Kitchen → Order. On the phone: Order. Both work on the same cart: start on the phone in the walk-in, finish at the desk.

  1. 1Supplier — who you order this line from. It starts on the supplier you usually buy it from.
  2. 2Quantity and Unit — your choice, whatever unit the supplier sells in.

Supplier — it starts on the supplier of the product your venue buys now. Change it for this line only, to any supplier of your organization, or No supplier.

Quantity and Unit — 2 cases, 10 kg, 12 each. The product’s unit is only the starting value.

Save. Remove takes the line out of the cart.

The cart

On the right, one card per supplier: its lines, and the supplier’s email when it has one. The subtitle keeps the count: 5 lines in the cart · 2 suppliers.

PDF or Excel builds the order document for that supplier. Once built, the order leaves the cart and goes to History. The bin removes an order you no longer want.

An empty cart says Nothing in the cart. Every generated order is in History.

History

The History tab keeps the orders of the last 7 days, one day at a time, the newest open. Search by ingredient, supplier or date. Each order can be downloaded again as PDF or Excel.

  1. 1Share sends the order’s PDF through your phone — mail, messages.

The same list: a search, the storage areas as chips, and each product with its supplier and what is on hand. Tap one to set the supplier, the quantity and the unit.

The bar at the bottom counts the lines and the suppliers. Review shows one card per supplier, with PDF, Excel and Share. Share opens your phone’s share sheet with the PDF attached, so you can email it to the supplier; where sharing is not available, the PDF is downloaded instead.

The History tab keeps the last 7 days, as on the computer.

What the order changes

Nothing in stock. Stock goes up when the delivery’s invoice is validated — see Invoices.
