Supplier bills,
ready for QuickBooks.
Every validated supplier invoice becomes a clean bill — the right vendor, the right accounts, the right tax — exported in one file for QuickBooks Desktop. NexReps prepares the bills; QuickBooks keeps the books.
Set up once. Export each period.
Set up
One accounting company per QuickBooks file: legal name, country, currency, tax regime, default accounts. Import its chart of accounts and its vendor list.
Map
Every product shows the account it will post to, and why. Set it for one product or a selection; anything bought that would post nowhere is flagged.
Export
The invoices of the period are Ready or Blocked, with the reason in plain words. Export the ready ones as one IIF file, one bill per invoice.
Ready or blocked — and why.
No bill leaves with a missing vendor, an account that does not exist or totals that do not balance.
| Supplier | Date | Total | Tax | Blocked by | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Harbour Seafood LtdINV-20931 | Oct 2 | $1,284.60 | $147.79 | Ready | |
| Northfield ProduceNP-88412 | Oct 3 | $642.18 | $0.00 | Ready | |

Made for multi-venue groups.
The way your companies and your QuickBooks files are really organised.
Companies, not just venues
Several venues can file under one QuickBooks company, and a company can hold a single venue. Each bill goes to the right file.
Your tax regime
Ontario HST, Quebec GST and QST, US exempt or US state sales tax — set per company, applied to every bill.
Imports that never wipe
Re-import your chart of accounts or your vendors: the changes are shown before they apply, and nothing is erased.
Every product mapped
A product posts to its company mapping, its own default or its supplier’s default — and the screen says which.
Exported means final
Once exported, an invoice can no longer be reverted, so QuickBooks and NexReps never disagree.
Every batch kept
Each export is kept and can be downloaded again — for the accountant, or for an audit.
One platform, seven more reasons.
