Invoices & inventory

From the invoice
to the plate.

Photograph a supplier invoice. NexReps reads every line, links what it already knows, and asks the chef about the rest. Validate once — stock, prices and recipe costs follow.

How it works

Three steps. One click to validate.

01

Snap

Photo or PDF, straight from the delivery. AI reads the supplier, the header and every line in seconds.

02

Review

Items you already buy link themselves. Anything new or unusual waits for the chef — nothing is created behind his back.

03

Validate

One click. Stock goes up, prices update, and every recipe that uses those products is recosted.

Inventory

Invoices the chef
actually wants to scan.

The chef decides; the system measures, checks and remembers. Mobile captures, desktop decides.

  • Photo to structured lines in seconds
  • Known items link themselves, new ones wait for the chef
  • Validate — stock, prices and recipe costs update

Food cost you can trust.

Every step is checked, remembered and traceable.

Every line checked

Arithmetic, units, pack sizes and price moves are checked before a line can count. Anything unusual is held for review.

It remembers each supplier

Confirm a supplier’s item once and it links itself on every future invoice. The pack format the chef writes becomes the rule for that item.

Discounts & charges

Delivery, fuel, deposits and supplier discounts. A discount lowers the real cost of the lines it applies to.

Recipes & food cost

Recipes and sub-recipes costed from live prices, with trim loss built in. A price change reaches every dish that uses it.

Counts & waste

A monthly count dated to the day, and waste declared with a reason and valued at the day’s price. Theoretical against counted, per product.

One stock journal

Every receipt, count and loss is a dated movement. The stock on screen is always the sum of what actually happened.
