First login

Someone with admin rights creates your account. You get an email with a link to set your password.

Setting your password

The link in the invitation email expires. If it has, ask your admin to resend it — you cannot request a new one yourself before your account is active.

Pick something you do not use anywhere else. NexReps holds your group's sales data.

Signing in

Go to app.nexreps.com and enter your email and password.

If your organization requires two-factor authentication, you will be asked to set it up on first login. See Two-factor authentication — it takes two minutes and you only do it once per device.

What you see first

Depends on your role and how many venues you have access to.

One venue — you land on that venue's day: today's sales, hour by hour, against the same weekday last week or last year.

Several venues — you land on the group dashboard: every venue's numbers side by side, group totals at the top, an hourly chart underneath.

Chef — you land on the kitchen side: food cost, invoices waiting for review, recipes.

If you cannot get in

Wrong password — use "Forgot password" on the login page. The reset link arrives at your work email.

"Account not found" — the email you are typing is not the one your account was created with. Ask your admin which address they used.

No invitation email — check spam. If it is not there, your admin can resend it from Settings → Team.

Lost your 2FA device — only an admin can reset it. There is no self-service path, on purpose.
