What is NexReps

NexReps pulls your POS data into one place and turns it into numbers you can act on before service ends.

If you run one venue, it replaces the morning spreadsheet. If you run twenty across two cities, it replaces the twenty morning spreadsheets and the phone calls asking why one of them looks wrong.

What it does

Sales, live. Your POS pushes to NexReps continuously. Net sales, guests, checks, average check — for today, for any past day, for every venue at once or one at a time.

Comparison that means something. Every number sits next to what it was last week, last month, or last year. Same weekday, always — a Saturday is never compared to a Sunday.

Forecasting. Tomorrow's expected sales, based on your own history, adjusted by weather and by how accurate the forecast has been for that venue on that weekday.

Food cost. Recipes cost themselves from supplier invoices. Change a supplier price, every recipe using that ingredient updates.

Invoices. Photograph a supplier invoice. NexReps reads it, matches the lines to your products, and updates stock and prices once you approve.

Alerts. Discounts above your threshold, sales below expectation. Email or push, on your terms.

What it does not do

NexReps does not take orders, print tickets, or run your floor. Your POS does that. NexReps reads what your POS already knows and makes it useful.

It does not replace your accountant. It gives them cleaner numbers.

Who it is for

Owners who want to know where the group stands without asking. General managers who need today's pace by mid-service. Chefs who need to know what a dish actually costs this week, not last quarter.

Everyone reads the same live data. Nobody exports anything.
