Your account is yours. Your name, your password, your theme. Nobody else in your organization sees or changes these.
Your profile
Settings → Account.
You can change your name. You cannot change your email — it is how NexReps identifies you, and it is what your admin used to create the account. If it needs to change, ask an admin to create a new account and archive the old one.
Changing your password
Settings → Account → Password.
You need your current password. If you do not have it, sign out and use Forgot password on the login page instead.
Pick something long that you do not use anywhere else. This account opens your group's sales, costs and margins.
Forgot your password
On the login page, click Forgot password. A reset link goes to your work email. It expires — if you sit on it, request another.
If the email never arrives, check spam. If it is still missing, the address you typed is probably not the one on your account. Ask your admin.
Themes
Three: Dark, Light, Premium.
Dark is the default. Premium adds a glass effect over a darker base. Light is light.
This is per user. Change it as often as you like; it affects nobody else.
Signing out
Top of the sidebar on desktop, Account page on mobile.
Sign out on shared devices. A NexReps session on an office computer is your group's numbers left open on a screen.

Two-factor authentication — the single best thing you can do for this account.
